July Members Meeting

Our July Monthly Member Meeting was a powerful gathering that reminded us of the strength in collaboration, the importance of youth-led advocacy, and the impact of policy awareness in shaping access to healthcare.

We were honored to be joined by the Taiwan Young Patient Association, sharing their inspiring journey of mobilizing young patients and employers in workplaces to advocate for better healthcare access and inclusion in national policy conversations. Their presentation highlighted the challenges young patients face, the importance of patient storytelling, and how they are shifting perceptions through unity, visibility, and empowerment.

Their work is a clear example of how young people are not just future leaders, they are leading now.

We explored the complex but essential issue of the Most Favoured Nation (MFN) policy. The discussion was engaging and relevant, particularly for organizations operating at the intersection of health equity and access.
