This association was born from the voluntary work of a handful of people who believed in a project of solidarity and social responsibility. The stories of struggle and courage of our associates fill us with pride and are the main reason that leads us to continue with the project. Many of us when we were diagnosed with the syndrome felt alone. This association was also born with the aim that this does not happen anymore. Sharing adversities, illusions, tricks, all of this is part of this space. Welcome to AFA Lynch.

Advocates for Universal DPD/DPYD Testing’s mission is to advocate for standard of care in US to include DPYD pretreatment testing before 5FU and capecitabine chemotherapy. This will reduce suffering, save lives and save money.

Africa Cancer Foundation launched in 2011 in Nairobi, is a Charitable Trust that works towards preventing cancer and providing holistic solutions for those affected by cancer in Africa. Over the last twelve years (12), ACF has become a trusted institution for breast, cervical and prostate cancer screening and awareness in Kenya. ACF has spearheaded the screening of over 32,000 men and women in 27 counties for the leading cancers in Kenya.

OEKK-AgaliaZO, in its many years of action, always stands by the side of all cancer patients as well as their relatives, trying to offer full support and reinforcement. The purpose of OEKK-AgaliaZO has and always has as its focus the benefit of all those who are faced with the disease of cancer. With oncology patients and their families in mind only, we have shaped our work and strive to achieve our purpose in a context of stability but also continuous development.

We are a non-profit, non-governmental organization of public utility.ASAPRECAN was established in the city of San Salvador, at eleven o'clock on April 3, 2007, with the purpose of fighting cancer in all known modalities or known in the future.It is made up of volunteers, associates and contracted personnel who join efforts to achieve the objectives of the Association. The integrity, professionalism, dedication and responsiveness of all ASAPRECAN members has generated a common culture characterized by teamwork and a great spirit of service.

Sostén is made up of a group of people with the commitment to transform the reality of cancer patients. Since May 2000 we have had the mission of accompanying people with cancer through their treatment, providing support, containment and advice. We are in several cancer committees and partner of the Ministry of Health for the Algeria cancer plan.

Bhutan Cancer Society is s Civil Society Organization registered with the Civil Society Organization Authority. The Society was established in 2015 under the Royal Patronage of Her Royal Highness Ashi Kesang Wangmo Wangchuck with the primary focus to advocate on the prevention of cancers, provide social support to the affected population and conduct relevant research to deliver evidence-based services. Vision: "Empowering Lives, Easing Journeys: A Cancer-Free Bhutan where Support, Awareness, and Quality Care Converge" Mission: 1. Improve access to quality and timely services. 2. Conduct educational programs/advocacy to reduce incidence of cancer. 3. Improve quality of life of affected population and enable them to lead socially and economically productive lives.

We are confident that strong and functional healthcare will be established in Macedonia, institutions that will fully serve patients, as well as citizens who will be aware of their obligations regarding their own health. Our goal is to actively participate in the creation of a healthy population, aware of the risks and challenges, a country with a significantly reduced number of cancer patients and, of course, a country with a significantly increased number of people cured of cancer. The population in Macedonia has a negative attitude and fear of cancer as a disease. We want to eradicate that fear, educate citizens and raise their awareness, by sending a clear message to everyone that cancer must not be treated as an incurable disease and encourage them to fight to beat cancer.

Bowel Cancer Australia provides practical and emotional support for the growing number of Australians affected by the disease. The 100% community-funded charity offers information, resources, and support to anyone with issues related to bowel cancer.

We may not ever completely eradicate bowel cancer, but through better screening, treatments and support, we can catch it earlier ÔøΩ when itÔøΩs most treatable. ThatÔøΩs why we wonÔøΩt stop until weÔøΩve beaten apathy, beaten embarrassment, beaten the lack of awareness and funding ÔøΩ and above all, beaten bowel cancer.

Bowel Cancer Support Group UK is a nationwide online peer support group for anyone affected by colorectal cancers.

We're the UK's leading bowel cancer charity. We're determined to save lives and improve the quality of life of everyone affected by bowel cancer. Our vision is a future where nobody dies of the disease.

The Butaro Cancer Center of Excellence (BCCOE) is a specialized cancer treatment facility located in a rural area of Rwanda, more than 100 km from the capital city, Kigali. As the country’s first comprehensive cancer centre, BCCOE provides advanced care for patients with colorectal cancer and other malignancies, serving the entire Rwandan population and neighbouring regions. The center offers multidisciplinary treatment, including chemotherapy, surgery, and palliative care, with a strong emphasis on early detection and patient education. In addition to clinical services, BCCOE engages in cancer research and capacity-building initiatives, working with international partners to improve colorectal cancer outcomes in low-resource settings.

Since July 2006, CCRAN has been the most trusted colorectal cancer patient and caregiver support, education and advocacy network in Canada. We actively support patient and their caregivers by providing evidence-based information and education in respect of colorectal cancer and we advocate for equal and timely access to effective therapies to improve patient outcomes. Weare dedicated to improving the longevity and quality of life of all colorectal cancer patients in Canada.

CORUM (COLORECTAL CANCER SURVIVORSHIP SOCIETY MALAYSIA) is a nonprofit organization that was first established in 2013 by a group of colorectal cancer patients, cancer survivors, medical and allied health care professionals. The main aim of this society is to guide, support and help improvise the quality of life of those afflicted by colorectal cancer. CORUM engages in public education and stresses on the importance of prevention, early detection and living life after colorectal cancer. Our mission Statement : CORUM is a survivor-volunteer managed group which aims to improve the quality of life of all those affected by colorectal cancer by providing psychosocial support and information to patients, families and care-givers as well as raising awareness and promoting early investigation and treatment of the disease amongst the public.

Our goal is to ensure that credible and reliable information regarding all facets of the disease is readily available and to inform the patient (and the general public) about how to manage their liberties and gain the best results for themselves, creating responsible and proactive healthcare consumers.

The Cancer Alliance is a collective group of cancer control non-profit organisations and cancer advocates brought together under a common mandate, to provide a platform of collaboration for cancer civil society to speak with one voice and be a powerful tool to affect change for all South African adults and children affected by cancer.

Cancer Awareness Foundation of Bangladesh is a government registered non- profit, community based voluntary organization in Bangladesh established in 2016. COLONTOWN is an online peer-to-peer community serving almost 10,000 CRC patients and caregivers in more than 120 unique private neighborhoods for every age, stage, and facet of the colorectal cancer experience. Led by more than 100 trained volunteers, all patients, caregivers and survivors, the COLONTOWN community is the largest online peer-to-peer community for colorectal cancer support. COLONTOWN helps empower patients to take an active role in their own care and treatment, offering psychosocial support, disease education, assistance with second opinions and Clinical Trials, as well as leadership training designed to help improve outcomes and extend lives. COLONTOWN is where Hope meets Science.

David Omenukor Foundation's mission is to develop a preventive healthcare culture that would drive people to appreciate the benefits of early screening of cancer.

Digestive Cancers Europe (DiCE) is the European umbrella organisation of a large group of national Members representing patients with digestive cancer ÔøΩ colorectal, gastric, liver, oesophageal, pancreatic and rare cancers. Our mission is to contribute to early diagnosis and decreased mortality from digestive cancers and to increase overall survival and quality of life.

Furthermore, we focus on promoting sustainable livelihoods for cancer patients and survivors, recognizing the financial challenges they often face due to the cost of treatment and related expenses. Through skill development programs, vocational training, and job placement initiatives, we aim to enable them to regain financial independence and stability, enhancing their long-term well-being. Our efforts extend beyond the individual level, as we actively engage in cancer awareness campaigns, educational workshops, and community outreach programs. By collaborating with healthcare professionals, researchers, and other cancer advocacy groups, we strive to raise awareness about prevention, early detection, and the importance of supportive care for cancer patients. Non-Commercial Partnership on Assistance in Promoting Social Programs in the Healthcare Area "Equal Right to Life is one of the most active and well-known public anticancer organizations in Russia, founded in 2006 by the pioneer in patient advocacy Dmitriy Borisov under auspices of the leading russian oncologists. Equal Right To Life runs activities in more than 100 cities around the country, committed to informing and involving the entire spectrum of the Russian society into developing solutions for prevention, early detection and treatment of cancer. Fostering collaborative efforts of government, scientific community and civil society remains our equally important priority.

The association is open to all patients and relatives of people with colorectal cancer, as well as to all people who want to get involved to promote the objectives of the association.

EuropaColon, founded in 2005, is the leading or umbrella organization for bowel cancer patient organizations throughout Europe. EuropaColon aims to bring together bowel cancer patients, healthcare professionals, policy makers, the media and society at large to fight bowel cancer. The organization is currently represented in 21 European countries, including Latvia.

The EuropaColon Polska Foundation was established in March 2017 as an affiliation of the European organization EuropaColon, which was transformed into Digestive Cancers Europe in 2018. We are its proud member together with over thirty other organizations from all over Europe. The aim of the activities undertaken by the Foundation is primarily to increase the awareness of the general public about cancers of the digestive system. We treat colorectal cancer with special attention because we can prevent this cancer by performing screening tests such as colonoscopy or the FIT test, i.e. the occult blood test.

EuropaColon Slovensko is an independent patient non-profit organization that fights against colorectal cancer - cancer of the colon and rectum. It was established in Slovakia on May 22, 2007, as part of a pan-European association connecting patient groups from various European countries. Our goal is to inform about this insidious diagnosis, bring real facts about its seriousness, effectively fight against it - teach the general public to recognize the first symptoms of the disease, know how to prevent it and thus prevent senseless death due to colon and rectal cancer. We support patients and their relatives, we help them - we provide an info service through a continuous free info line and electronic online advice. We educate the general public, patients, and hold seminars. We unite patients, doctors, politicians, the media and the general public in the fight against this insidious disease.

Our mission at FLAT is to support the health and quality of life of Japanese residents in the United States. The current situation in the U.S. is that there are few medical professionals who speak Japanese, and there are challenges in understanding the medical disparities that people experience while living in the U.S., as well as the complex medical system that people encounter when they become ill or suffer an injury. Aiming to alleviate these everyday problems that Japanese people experience in the U.S., Japanese-speaking medical professionals, patient advocates, and other specialists gather to share their skills, maintain a relationship without hierarchical relationships, and provide a forum for everyone to participate.

Fomento de Desarrollo Teresa de Jesús I.A.P. (FUTEJE). FUTEJE is a non-profit organization established in 1991, whose primary interest is focused in the implementation of prevention programs, timely detection, as well as comprehensive treatment and support to patients with limited resources who suffer from Colorectal and Gastric Cancer, in addition to promote a culture of prevention and timely detection of these types of diseases through specific programs.

By adopting a multi-disciplinary approach, the Federal Medical Centre Abeokuta shall provide prompt, excellent and cost-effective tertiary health care services to all her clients, build health care capacity for the sub-region and engage in research activities that significantly improve the health of Nigerians and contribute to the global fund of medical knowledge.

The ARCA.D Foundation, Aid and Research in Digestive Cancer, created on the initiative of Professor Aimery de Gramont, was recognized as being of public utility by decree of the Council of State on December 22, 2006. The ARCA.D Foundation is the only research foundation recognized as being of public utility in France dedicated exclusively to the fight against digestive cancers: esophagus, stomach, pancreas, liver, colon, rectum, etc.

Friends of Cancer Patients is a non-profit organization, founded in 1999 under the directives and patronage of Her Highness Sheikha Jawaher bint Mohammed Al Qasimi, Wife of the Ruler of Sharjah, Founder and Patron of the Friends of Cancer Patients, International Ambassador of the World Cancer Declaration for Union for International Cancer Control (UICC), International Ambassador for Childhood Cancer for UICC and Patron of the Global NCD Alliance Forum. Since 1999, we have successfully helped cancer patients and their families overcome a multitude of challenges, bringing hope in the most difficult circumstances. We plan to keep our steadfast commitment to the community by upholding excellence, continuously improving, and looking for opportunities to provide much-needed support.

HENARAN is a cancer patient advocacy organization and its mission is to actively participate in the fight against cancer in Armenia, as well as promote and raise public awareness about oncological diseases and their possible prevention. The main objectives of HENARAN Foundation are: 1. Arrange material, psychological, social, legal, and rehabilitative assistance for its beneficiaries, ensure patient education and patient empowerment. 2. Emphasize the importance of cancer screening programs and early detection of cancer by promoting the introduction and further development of pilot and/or nation-wide screening programs through partnership with government agencies of healthcare sector, as well as other national and international organizations. 3. Raise the level of public awareness about oncological diseases in Armenia. 4. Contribute to development and publication of educational and public awareness materials on oncological diseases, design and/or translation and publication of clinical guidelines, dissemination and exchange of other relevant information. 5. Enhance the institutional and professional capacity of cancer care institutions through organization of training sessions, seminars, symposia, and conferences.

The Kenyan Network of cancer organizations is the national umbrella body of cancer civil society organizations active on various aspects of cancer control in Kenya. KENCO focuses of capacity building of member organizations, advocacy, development of linkages in cancer control, networking and coordination of cancer civil society work in Kenya and awareness creation on cancer.

Kenyatta National Hospital Patient Navigation Program offers patient centered heath care services to optimize patient experience through innovative, evidence-based specialized healthcare; facilitate training and research, and participate in national health policy formulation. The patient navigation program is a patient centered model of care which was set up in Kenyatta National Hospital (Kenya) to assist patients diagnosed with cancer to overcome barriers which they face as they access care. We organize support groups for specific cancers which includes one for colorectal cancer. we encourage care givers to attend such support groups together with their patients. We also organize for awareness activities for selected cancers.

Kilimanjaro Clinical Research Institute's (KCRI) vision is to be an internationally distinguished center of excellence in health research and mission is to conduct and coordinate high quality biomedical research which will provide evidence for medical interventions in national and global health policies development. KCRI has grown as an academic center for evidence based health interventions in which investigators initiate and conduct medical research to develop evidence for interventions in improving health outcomes and provide research training and necessary research infrastructures and logistics to students, collaborators and partners. KCRI offers a diversified and flexible exposure to both clinical and biomedical research areas in a typical tropical setting.

Kumbatia Cancer Foundation (KCF) is dedicated to assisting individuals in need by providing and distributing colostomy and ileostomy bags to patients. In addition, KCF supports patients by covering the costs of essential medical tests, including blood work and lab tests. The foundation’s mission is to empower cancer patients, survivors, and caregivers in the fight against colon cancer by raising awareness and advocating for life-saving measures.

Living With Cancer (LWC), a pioneering organisation dedicated to addressing the urgent cancer crisis through South Africa’s first patient-led cancer registry. This registry is a vital tool in the fight against cancer, providing essential data that helps improve patient care, drive research, and advocate for better healthcare resources nationwide. By gathering and sharing patients' real-world experiences, the registry gives voice to those impacted by cancer, ensuring their needs and challenges are understood and met. Founded by Belinda Wagner in 2018 following her diagnosis with a rare cancer, Living With Cancer has grown into a supportive community where individuals can connect, share experiences, and find strength. Beyond the registry, LWC offers a safe space for patients, survivors, and caregivers to ask questions and access information on topics such as diet, natural remedies, exercise, and coping strategies. LWC’s mission to empower the cancer community, advocate for necessary change, and create lasting impact through the power of shared knowledge and connection.

NORD (National Organization for Rare Disorders), a 501(c)(3) organization, is a patient advocacy organization dedicated to individuals with rare diseases and the organizations that serve them. NORD, along with its more than 300 patient organization members, is committed to the identification, treatment, and cure of rare disorders through programs of education, advocacy, research, and patient services.

Ensure for the public benefit, families affected by Lynch Syndrome are provided with information, support and access to screening. Increase public awareness of the syndrome, educate members of the general public plus health care professionals and provide support for Lynch syndrome research projects. Enable prevention of cancer developing and early diagnosis.

MAS Cancer Institute aimed at providing the best of Oncological Care to those who need it. MAS is a NABH accredited 50 bedded tertiary care Oncology center situated in the Tamluk, East Medinipur (just beside the Haldia Mechada main road) West Bengal. It was one of the first cancer centers in both East and West Medinipur District. MAS now has a good intervention radiology unit for doing minimally invasive procedure for support to terminal cancer patient. MAS also has full-fledged Surgical Oncology, Medical Oncology and Pain and Palliative care services under one roof, this large scale cancer center is a preferred treatment facility for large number of cancer patients returning from TMC (Mumbai), CMC (Vellore), Apollo (Chennai), Bhubaneswar and many other states of the country.

It’s time for a new path. We are changing what it means to “Man Up” in the face of cancer. It’s not just about being tough. It means having the courage to accept help, and knowing we are smarter and stronger as a pack than we are as lone wolves.

Mbakuran Vaakaa Cancer (MVC) Foundation is a non-governmental organization that was founded out of passion when Mbakuran Vaakaa died of cancer (Colorectal). Her children saw a need to establish a foundation in her name that will educate, increase awareness and sensitize the general public on Cancer and other dreadful illnesses such as Tuberculosis, HIV/AIDS, Malaria etc and cater for the wellbeing of the infected persons hence most of those infected die as a result of knowledge gap/care. MVC Foundation envision a future where dreadful diseases that escalate death will be mitigated and people living with these illnesses will not be preyed with fear of death or discrimination. While our mission is to improve the living condition of the people infected/affected with dreadful diseases and the general public through proper sensitization, treatment, care and capacity building aim at reducing their morbidly and mortality rate.
